This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, website, and other services (collectively, “Services”). This policy complies with relevant privacy laws and regulations globally, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable data protection laws.

13. ChatGPT App / MCP Integration

When you use Powerly through the ChatGPT App Directory, the following data is processed:

Session credentials: A temporary session token is generated when you provide your Powerly API key. This token is stored in server memory only, never written to disk or any persistent storage, and expires automatically after 30 minutes. Your API key is used only to validate your identity with the Powerly API and is not logged or stored beyond the session.

Build data returned to ChatGPT: Build ID, build status, creation and update timestamps, app configuration fields (app name, package name, app slogan, primary colour, secondary colour, support phone number, privacy policy URL, terms and conditions URL), and download URLs for APK, AAB, and iOS artifacts when available.

What we do not return: Internal API tokens and access tokens are explicitly stripped from all responses. No account-level personal identifiers such as user ID, email, or internal account references are returned by any tool. No telemetry, request tracing IDs, or debug fields are included in tool responses.

Data retention: Session data is held in memory for a maximum of 30 minutes then automatically deleted. No data from ChatGPT interactions is written to permanent storage by the MCP server.
